First Products AERA-vator

Our products deliver results without the extra work of traditional aerification. The patented vibrating design fractures the soil – meaning no cores or plugs to remove.

  • Vibrating action loosens the soil all around and underneath each tine.
  • Better subsurface aerification due to total fracturing of the soil – no holes are “punched” in the surface.
  • Aerating dry soil reduces expense of pre-irrigating; in fact, the harder the soil, the better the AREA-vator performs.
  • Swing-hitch allows easy turns while in use.
  • Manage continuous traffic and renovation areas with our interchangeable shafts. Add an AERA-vator, slicer or Multi-tine to till bare ground for sodding and seeding.
  • Bonus: The Universal frame can be fitted with the AERA-vator, AERA-slicer and Multi-tine shafts for additional versatility.

Widths: 40, 60 & 80 inches (available with or without seeder)

Seeding with variable placement, metering accuracy and changeable speed is made easy with our patented Seeder.

  • Single pass seedbed preparation while seeding with AERA-vator and Multi-tine shafts.
  • Ability to overseed and primary seed with the same machine.
  • Two-in-one patented feed wheels for metering both large and small seed varieties. This allows accurate calibration with both large and small seed sizes without adding a separate small seedbox.
  • All units come with calibration catch tray to collect the seed for accurate calibration. Catch tray is secured on front of seed box when not in use.
  • Accurate exposure of seed flutes are visually measured by raising the easy access wind deflector. Micro-seed calibration adjustments are made using the adjusting screw to align flute exposure.
  • Feed wheels are spaced approximately 4 inches apart for uniform seed placement using 15 outlets for the UA-60 and 20 outlets for the UA-80.
